Our Team

Reed Namnoum analyzes business development opportunities and prepares financial guidance to support Cardinal’s corporate strategy and capital structure. He has over 7 years of experience in energy finance. 

Prior to joining Cardinal Midstream Partners in July 2022, Reed was an associate at Tailwater Capital, a middle-market energy-focused fund in Dallas. At Tailwater, he was responsible for evaluating, executing, and monitoring the firm’s investments across both traditional oil & gas and energy transition opportunities. Before joining Tailwater, he was an Analyst at Goldman Sachs where he focused on M&A advisory and capital markets financing within the energy industry. 

Reed graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Finance and a specialization in Alternative Asset Management. Reed and his wife, Kathryn, live in Dallas.
