Cardinal’s natural gas midstream operations include a premier gas gathering, treating and processing system located in the heart of the Delaware Basin in Loving and Reeves Counties, Texas and Eddy County, New Mexico.
The system includes approximately 150 miles of high- and low-pressure natural gas gathering pipelines. Train III was completed in February 2026, bringing total processing capacity at the Pecos River Plant facility to 360 MMcf/d.
