Our Team

Marc Fergason joined the Cardinal team in November 2022. He has more than 30 years of experience in gathering and processing, downstream transportation pipelines and marketing for both midstream and exploration and production companies. Mr. Fergason has worked in the following producing regions: Permian Basin, Barnett, Mid-Continent, Haynesville and the Rockies. Prior to joining Cardinal, Mr. Fergason served as Senior Vice President of Commercial at Cogent Midstream, where he was responsible for all things commercial up until they sold the asset in 2022. Prior to Cogent, Mr. Fergason held various commercial and marketing jobs at Pioneer, Southern Union, Chesapeake, Enogex, Koch Midstream and Lone Star Pipeline Company.

Mr. Fergason earned a Bachelor of Business degree from Amber University and an Executive MBA from Baylor University. Marc and his wife, Ninya, reside in the DFW area and have three daughters.
