Our Team

Catherine joined Cardinal Midstream Partners in February 2023. She has over 25 years of accounting and finance experience, including public accounting, corporate accounting, and consulting. Prior to joining the Cardinal team, Catherine was Chief Accounting Officer at Ocelot Energy Management where she led a team to provide turn-key shared services focused on human resources, corporate insurance, finance, and accounting as well as new investments and integrations across multiple portfolio companies in both the midstream and renewable energy sectors under a private equity fund structure. Before joining Ocelot, her previous experience included controller roles at multiple companies primarily in the financial services sector.

Catherine began her career in public accounting in the audit practice of Ernst & Young. She is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Spring Hill College. Catherine and her husband, Corbin, live in Dallas and have three sons.
